Imports and Exports go hand-in-hand with each other. Although our name is UK Import Services, we assist with just as many export shipments as we do imports.

OK, so the name doesn’t necessarily work in our favour, but that shouldn’t be a reason to think that we cannot help. Actually, the fact that we have offered so many different services for many years now, should give you the reassurance that we can assist you decide what service is best for you, as well as hopefully saving you money.

Brexit brings opportunity

We can help you with the export declaration through UK Customs and the shipping of goods around the world, either to the Country of destination or to your customer’s door. Whether by Air, Courier (Express), Road or Sea.

Goods leaving from the UK can depart from any of the following Ports:

• Dover, Felixstowe, Folkestone, (Eurotunnel) or Harwich in the South
• Or via one of the Ports further North, such as Hull. Immingham, or Killingholme.

We would obviously need copies of your documents, Commercial Invoice and Packing List (including the HS Tariff codes and Country of Origin), as well as the following:

• 01. Truck/Trailer number
• 02. Port of Departure (UK)
• 03. Planned (booked) Date of Departure
• 04. Name of ferry operator (or Eurostar if via the tunnel)
• 05. Destination Port (EU)
• 06. Any other information which may be relevant e.g., return goods, temporary export (on loan, repair, or modification) or permanent export (sale) etc.
